I'd have to say that my recent experience at Earl and Angelos was far less than what I expected. We were a group of 4 with reservations made 2 weeks prior and upon entering were told that we could not be seated and no time frame was given. We were shown the bar, and although all the food being prepared looked absolutely delicious, the manners of the Maitre'd left a lot to be desired. It was almost like he was avoiding us. The waite staff itself were quite courteous and appologetic as we paid for drinks and left after waiting what we felt was a reasonable amount of time - after all we were not walk-ins off the street.
